Sway Minds closes with a private morning on the water, bringing a select group of guests together for an experience rooted in surf, performance, design, and Southern California culture.

Hosted in partnership with Outerknown and Firewire Surfboards, the morning offers a firsthand look at the world surrounding one of surfing’s most influential figures, Kelly Slater, and the brands and ideas that have helped push surf culture forward.

Outerknown was built around a belief that great design, performance, and responsibility should coexist. Firewire has brought that same spirit of innovation to the water, continually rethinking how surfboards are designed, constructed, and ridden. Together, they represent a culture where performance and purpose are inseparable.

For the morning, the Firewire Demo Van will be stocked with a selection of boards for participating guests. Chuy Reyna, Firewire’s Demo Specialist, former professional surfer, and longtime industry expert, will be on site to help guests find the right board and equipment for their experience before heading to the water.

Firewire will provide surfboards, fins, and leashes, giving guests the opportunity to experience its equipment firsthand. Wetsuits will also be available separately for those who would like one.

Whether you are an experienced surfer looking to try a new Firewire shape, a casual surfer ready to get back in the water, or simply joining us for a morning on the coast, Sway Minds Surf Club is designed to be intimate, relaxed, and memorable.
