Najib Khouri-Haddad is a Managing Director at Sway Capital, where he invests across Sway Ventures and Sway Growth, backing technology companies from emerging category leaders through later-stage growth. A technology investor and operating executive with more than 30 years of experience, Najib brings a deep background in venture capital, corporate development, M&A, sales, marketing, and general management. Over the course of his career, he has participated in more than 40 equity transactions across acquisitions, spin-offs, and venture investments representing billions of dollars in value. Prior to Sway, Najib held senior leadership roles at some of the technology industry's most influential companies, including Vice President of Corporate Development at 3Com, later acquired by Hewlett-Packard, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for emerging markets at CA Technologies, and Vice President of Corporate Business Development at EFI. He began his career in product marketing at ROLM, an IBM and Siemens company. At Sway, Najib has led and supported investments across enterprise technology, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, fintech, supply chain technology, and other software-driven markets. His current and past investment and board involvement includes companies such as Trustwise, Secro, NobleAI, Slingshot Aerospace, LiveAction, Addepar, OpenGov, Zanbato, Split, and others. Najib holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Michigan, a Master’s degree in Business and Engineering Management from Stanford University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut. He is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
